    Click on Book Now on our website www.acetrackgolf.com Select an open time slot on your preferred date through our online booking system You will receive an email with your booking confirmation details Access to enter the facility will be provided in a separate email Once at the location, use the link/QR code provided in the access email to unlock the door. Note you will be able to access the facility 15 minutes prior to the start of your session The simulator at the bay you have chosen will turn on at the start of your booking At the end of the booking time, the simulator will automatically shut down
  • Where do I park?
    There is no dedicated parking specifically for Ace Track Golf, however there is ample space to park within the broader retail plaza.
  • What is the minimum amount of time that can be booked?
    The minimum time that one can book is 30 minutes. Typically we recommend booking 1-1.5 hours to start to ensure sufficient time for warm-up and transition between bookings.
  • How do I cancel my reservation?
    You can cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations are not allowed for same day bookings. Please email info@acetrackgolf.com to cancel your reservation with your Name and Email Address used for the booking.
  • Do I need to bring my own clubs?
    Yes. At the moment we don't offer club rentals.
  • Do I need to bring my own golf balls?
    We recommend that users bring their own golf balls. Golf balls available in the bays are for general use and may not be as effective as other balls in picking up data.
  • Is food and beverage allowed on the premises?
    Yes, users are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. However, we have a ZERO ALCOHOL policy and do not permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the facility.
  • What happens if I want to play longer after my booking?
    There will be a window that pops up on the screen that allows you to book additional time after your session ends if there is no one scheduled ahead of you. You can also book another time slot of your choosing on our website prior to your current session finishing.
  • I didn't receive a confirmation email/access key, what do I do?
    Please contact info@acetrackgolf.com.
  • Do you have staff?
    We are an automated and therefore unmanned facility. However, we have an active support team and if you require any assistance please reach out to info@acetrackgolf.com.
  • How do I track my performance in Trackman?
    Use the TrackMan Golf app to quickly sign in and start saving all your golf data.
  • What to do if the software freezes?
    If this happens, treat it as any software/window system when using a computer to restart the program. On the keyboard, select the "window" key to bring up the program bar and right click the Trackman software to close it. Re-open by selecting the orange TPS icon to reboot the software.
  • How do I recalibrate?
    Go to the menu section and in the top right corner there is a "calibrate" button. Select auto-target and it will recalibrate for you.
  • How do I add a tracer to shot analysis?
    The top two sections have the option in the top right corner to adjust the views for the driving range. The four squares will open up different options including "tracer". You can expand that to make it full screen.
  • How do I add more data to shot analysis?
    At the bottom right corner next to the data bar, select the menu icon to add more data such as face angle, total yards, etc.
